Returns

Take-home hair care products found to be defective or unsatisfactory may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days from date of purchase. We can not offer a return or exchange on used hot tools or custom-ordered hair extensions.

Service Adjustments

Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. However, if as a guest you are dissatisfied with your service you may contact us within 3 days of the original service(s) for any adjustments that may be made. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look – and you did not originally receive that service – you will be charged full price for the service.


Please note: Our company does not do refunds on any services. The “adjustment” service must be performed by the original scheduled service provider.
