Lauren began her cosmetologist career deep in the 2020 pandemic, something that might have discouraged others trying to do the same—but, not Lauren, from her trial by fire she has grown into a fantastic stylist. Clients wanting a full lived-in-blonde-balayage moment are her bread and butter, of course along with all things extensions related as Lauren also travels the globe as a Certified Bellami Extension Educator.

You can occasionally find Lauren goofing about the salon with the other gals (usually teamed up with Mariah), or wrapped up in a blanket in the break room with some McDonald’s french fries, but when she isn’t here she’s catching a spontaneous flight to somewhere fun with her friends or holed up at home with her dog, Nellie.

Feeling the freedom to be unabashedly herself is what initially drew her to Iasan & Sebastian, but in doing that she found her lifelong friends. Between being super easy to talk to and being able to work a little magic with a bowl of lightener, you’re bound to walk out of our doors with a confidence that lasts!
