CANCELLATIONS
Every appointment is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy, we require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A credit card number is required for booking, but will not be charged unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled services. Policies like this are no fun, but when last minute changes are made with little notice, it means we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services, and your stylist goes unpaid for those hours in the day. In the event that proper notice is not given, the card on file will be charged a fee for the amount of $25 per hour based on the duration of time reserved for your services.
No-call/No-shows are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled services. These fees are due before we can book your next appointment at Iasan & Sebastian.
RETURNS
Take-home hair care products found to be defective or unsatisfactory may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days from date of purchase. We can not offer a return or exchange on used hot tools or custom-ordered hair extensions.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. However, if as a guest you are dissatisfied with your service you may contact us within 3 days of the original service(s) for any adjustments that may be made. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
Please note: Our company does not do refunds on any services. The “adjustment” service must be performed by the original scheduled service provider.
CHILDREN
Due to the relaxing nature of the Iasan & Sebastian experience, we respectfully request children to be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP to 402-477-2060 or support@issalon.com. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.
No mobile opt-in will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
NON-SHARING CLAUSE

Terms & Conditions
