A lot of things have changed in the last 18 years since Megan first walked through the doors; a freshly graduated stylist with hundreds of opportunities in front of her, became a mentor, a mother, an owner, and most importantly an ever evolving stylist that love to learn just as much as she loves to teach. Her favorite services are, but not limited to, curly hair cuts and lived-in color. As the head of our Associate Training program, she has coached and mentored many stylists in the last decade; in fact, a majority of the stylists here began as one of her associates. Her biggest motivation as a stylist comes from her teammates, but also her children, by being able to show them the attainability of doing what you love while also being incredibly successful with a fulfilling work/life balance. When she’s not at the salon, Megan is home with her equally talented husband, Seth, and their two kids, Vaeda and Van—gardening, tending her chickens, practicing yoga, going to as many concerts as she can, and maybe checking out what’s new on tap at one of the local breweries. While she is no longer taking on new clients, you can bet she has passed on her wealth of knowledge to the next generation of Iasan&Sebastian stylists.
