Megan is our cutting guru. As a Level II Director, she is the go-to talent for advice, and enjoys teaching our new stylists. Her clients return to her again and again for her laid-back spirit and her mastery of technique. Megan loves working with people to envision, shape, and tailor the structure of a haircut. She also likes working with colour to enhance the impact of a cut. Her training is extensive and includes the Toni & Guy Dallas Cutting and Color Class, the Toni & Guy Dallas Avant Garde Class, the Toni & Guy New York Academy, and Redken Color Classes.
Megan keeps tabs on the broad scope of the fashion and art industries through images from magazines, television, and the internet. Her real inspiration, however, is her clients’ natural hair. She is fascinated by texture and enjoys working on a wide range of hair types from ringlet curly to super straight to totally natural or intensely coloured. She does all types of cuts, men’s and women’s, super short or super long or somewhere in between. Megan also enjoys doing complete make-overs and teaching clients how to style their hair at home. |

Madi is our outgoing, funny, and easy-to-talk-to stylist. She is has comfortable consultations which are always open to clients’ ideas and questions. Madi loves bringing out something new and attractive in each person who sits in her chair. Though Madi is talented at both cutting and colouring, she has a special love for cuts, including men’s cuts. Madi has trained under a professional make-up artist and has done extensive work in fashion shows. She is our expert in Brazilian Keratin Treatments and is a certified Redken Specialist.
Madi’s sense of style is shaped by a blend of vibrant colors, a vintage 70’s aesthetic, and images from magazines and street fashion. She likes to play with the natural shapes and colors of her clients’ hair, skin, and eyes. Some of her favorite looks are sleek bobs and long bohemian waves. She is good at bringing out an individual’s personality and working it into a hair or make-up design. |

Aly takes special care to listen attentively to each client. She feels that creating a custom look begins with discovering the image held in the mind’s eye. She enjoys working together with her clients to design cuts and colors, and takes time to guide them towards styles that will be most flattering for their face shapes and skin tones. Aly has experience with all colors, shapes, and textures of hair. She has a particular love for men’s cuts and enjoys the technical structure of shorter styles. Her training includes Academy Education through Vidal Sassoon.
Aly has traveled extensively and has been exposed to a variety of international fashion, especially the cultures of Italy, Japan, and Korea. Her approach to hair design is based on an affinity for innovation but grounded in the science of maintaining healthy hair. She is committed to a philosophy of continuous education and approaches each day as an opportunity to refine her craft. |

Nora loves to design looks that bring her clients new confidence in themselves. She views each part of her education as a tool to create structurally sound, innovative images. From a detailed consultation, to a technically tailored cut and color, to a flat out fantastic style, Nora wants each client to leave with a look that is individually flattering and reproducible at home. Nora has a special talent for styling all types of hair, and many of her designs blend soft and edgy aesthetics, which creates playful but elegant looks.
Nora is especially concerned about teaching her clients how to style their hair at home. She takes care to teach clients about the techniques she uses to work with their hair, and makes certain they feel comfortable recreating the style outside the salon. Her training includes certification by the Matrix Global Academy in New York City. |

Kyla wants people to look and feel their best. She begins each appointment with many questions to ensure she and her client are working together to achieve the desired look. Kyla enjoys both cutting and colouring, but her true passion is structured women’s cuts, especially bobs. She also loves creating progressive men’s styles. She is interested in the geometry of hair and faces.
Kyla style sense is inspired by a modern retro appeal. She loves Mad Men, Mid Century Modern Design, architecture, and vintage clothes. She enjoys interpreting clean lines into modern hairdressing. For ideas, she often looks to old films to capture sophisticated looks. Traveling abroad is also a source of inspiration for Kyla, and she has attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. |

Caitlyn likes helping people work within their natural styles. She is easy going and has spent time traveling. One of her favorite things about being a designer is working with clients who are interested in developing a new sense of style. She is good at creating looks that can be worn as both casual and fancy. She also enjoys doing make-up.
Caitlyn’s fashion influences include bright colors, Thailand, fashion blogs, music festivals, and people she meets in everyday life, clients included. Her own personal style is a combination of bohemian and beachy. She finds a lot of ideas in magazines, especially Nylon and Vogue. |

La Nae is our approachable, easy going, cheerful stylist. She is an excellent communicator who always keeps the client’s best interest at heart. La Nae has a special love for men’s cuts, and she also has experience doing make-up for modeling competitions. Her favorite looks have a subtle edginess that still allow for everyday wear.
La Nae is inspired by vibrant colors, especially vibrant colors paired with black, tattoos, sleek styling, flawless make-up, and the highlighting of natural features. Her work draws upon images from magazines including Nylon, Vogue, and Marie Claire. She loves looks that seem classic at first glance, but are, upon closer inspection, nodding towards the bold. |

Chrissa wants her clients to feel listened to, understood, and comfortable enough to tell her if they don’t like something. In exchange, Chrissa is thorough, inquisitive, and willing to share her honest, realistic opinion. Before joining the I?S team, Chrissa ran her a private business for three years. She has a special love for women’s cuts, both short and long, is extremely talented at updos.
Chrissa’s design sense is a mix of glam and grunge. Her inspiration comes from images of pin-up girls, vintage fashion from the 60’s, the hippie/bohemian movement, and the aesthetic of old Hollywood. She reads fashion blogs, especially 5 inch and up, and Oracle Fox. She has a lot of fun working with younger clients who are seeking an edgy, outside-the-box style. |

Kayla is one of our friendliest stylists, and she has a great sense of humor. She loves chatting with people, and enjoys working with clients who come in looking for a particular style, but are still open to new ideas. Kayla is always up for a challenge and is a good guide for clients who want a big change. She especially loves taking people blond. Kayla likes both cutting and colouring, and also enjoys eyebrow waxes and make-up applications. Her experience includes design work for the Omaha Fashion Week and the Ak-Sar-Ben Ball.
Kayla is a people watcher, and she draws lots of inspiration from the streets. Trends fascinate her, especially celebrity styles in magazines and at awards shows. Kayla watches movies and TV shows for style inspiration, and enjoys thinking up new ways to adapt glamorous looks into styles realistic for everyday wear. |
