IN-SALON TRAINING

This past month the I?S Team had the privilege of hosting noted designer Keith "Ziggy" Zeigler. Ziggy is one of the best known and most imitated artists from the Chicago Academy. He trained with the I?S Team using live models to demonstrate new trends in cutting and styling. Ziggy's classes are fast-paced, energetic, and engaging. His training included ideas for mastering advanced techniques and provided an opportunity to study Ziggy's unique flair for innovation. The I?S Team was honored to study with Ziggy and has found his lessons invaluable to their daily work.

TEACHING, TRAINING, AND TRAVEL

A number of the I?S Team stylists have completed training classes in the past few months. Michelle Beran spent four days in New York City attending a hands-on session in Modern Classics Colour. Her talent with color work has also earned her a place on the TIGI Colour Force Team.

Casey Kaufman and Madi Rasmussen also completed training academies this spring. Casey and Madi travelled together to Santa Monica to attend a cutting class premiering the new TIGI Look Collection. Featured styles included perfect graduation, classic bobs, and medium and short length women's cuts. Casey and Madi were further invited to attend a second class compliments of TIGI Artistic Director Zak Moscolo and TIGI Artistic Team member Joseph Marzioli. All of our stylists enjoyed their travels and brought home ideas to share with the rest of the team.
